All contracts with Blackburn Media owned and operated stations are subject to credit approval and existing CRTC regulations, and standard conditions of the Canadian Association of Broadcasters (CAB). Agreements may be terminated by either party upon 30 days written notice, unless otherwise herein stipulated. New accounts require prepayment for the first month’s advertising (cash, certified cheque, or Visa), in addition to the completion of a credit application. Regular Visa credit card authorization payment is available. Political accounts or those for transient, trade show advertisers must be paid fully, in advance. Orders canceled by the client prior to fulfilling its terms may be subject to a short rate.
All Canadian orders are subject to HST.
BLACKBURN MEDIA RESERVES THE RIGHT OF FINAL APPROVAL OF ALL CONTRACTS AND CREATIVE.
